All our employees have over 10 years experience with the IT industry as well as hold Degrees in Computer Science (Mathematics and Computing).

Working methods:

nCoded can either work as a consultancy (trade contractor), charging on a daily basis (£200 per day / £750 per week) for pre-agreed work defined on exact requirements including specifications such as ER and UML diagrams.

Or, if you solution involved is for a small business then we can also quote in advance and ‘product basis’ so that the sales and implmentation process can be very much simplified.

Pricing strategy:

Unlike other web and internet web design companies, are costs are fully transparent and are fully basis on the time required to complete your project as well as any other related external costs involved (domains, hosting, themes, etc).

For projects that are scheduled to take less than 8 hours, nCoded charge on an hourly basis at £40 per hour.
For projects that are scheduled to take 1-5 days, nCoded charge on a daily basis at £250 per day.
For projects that are scheduled to take over 5 days, nCoded charge on a weekly basis at £750 per week.

Therefore if you expect to have work ongoing then we would highly recommend that you take out a weekly project accoutant so that you can recieve reduced rates. (save over 50% from our hourly rate).

Terms of payment

In all cases we expect 50% deposit to be paid on account, with the remainder to be paid upon project completion, acceptance, and delivery. (Please note that the deposit is non-refundable).
